Since we launched in 2022, Fresher Than Fresh Candles has built a reputation for designing products of the finest quality. We pride ourselves to ensure clients get the best customer service. Each item that ends up in your home is sourced, crafted and packaged with dedication and care.
Shipping
How We Do It
All orders placed before 1 pm (CST) will have priority for same-day processing and will be attempted to be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm (CST) will be processed the next business day. In some circumstances, we may require an additional 1-2 business days to process your order due to high order volumes. We use USPS as our primary delivery service for all shipments. A shipment notification email will be sent within 24 hours to the registered email address containing the tracking information of the package. The customer is responsible for shipping charges under all circumstances. If a package is returned to us, the Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. Typically we process and ship orders the same day they are placed just as long as it's before 1 pm (CST). The estimated time is 5 days. *Please note that business days are from Monday - to Friday only, excluding federal holidays within the U.S.
Refunds/Exchanges
What You Need to Know
At Fresher Than Fresh, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery. You may return your unused product within 10 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of all return items. We do not do exchanges at this time. In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 10 days of delivery.
